Why did you purchase XPO Trainer(s) for your business?

I bought my XPO Trainer in 2018, but really came to appreciate it when I launched my mobile gym business in 2020.

The ease of use for transportation is one of the key features that drove me to purchase the sled. When it comes to my mobile gym, every square foot counts, and this sled beats the competition. I remove the posts and store it closest to the door since it's one of the first pieces out for every training session.

I also find the silence of the sled is an added bonus as it really amplifies the thralls of fitness (battle cries, grunts and panting) coming from the athlete pushing or pulling it. All part of the experience!

What benefits do you see when you or clients add sled training to a workout routine?

The XPO sled is my go-to for enhancing cardiovascular capacity, leg stamina, and leg strength along with facilitating quicker warmup times. I also rely on it for landmine work and pushing/pulling exercises.

I enjoy the versatility of the sled and the ability to use it across clients with varying fitness levels and performance goals. I can easily adapt it to the athlete and desired stimulus.

What makes the XPO Trainer different from other sleds you've used?

The XPO Trainer seamlessly translates across so many different types of clients with a variety of fitness levels and performance goals.

From tying in a toddler tagging along for her mom's training session and helping the 70-year-old build strength to challenging the collegiate athlete gunning for preseason, I can always find a way to incorporate the sled to meet my clients where they are and push them towards their unique goals.

What is one of your most memorable workouts using the XPO Trainer?

I did a team, relay-style workout with 5x rounds of 10 medball slams right into a 200ft sled sprint. Both memorable and a little fuzzy, this one was brutal and a blast.

On the other end of the spectrum, I've done a mile loop around the local park with my dog, Clay, attached. He's not a great help when it comes to pulling his weight, but it's fitness and fun for all involved.
