FITNESS SLED WITH WHEELS ADDED TO A GARAGE GYM DELIVERS RESULTS

THE XPO TRAINER FROM A COACH'S PERSPECTIVE - NATE DINE, DINE SPORTS PERFORMANCE

The XPO Trainer and garage gyms go hand in hand, and Dine Sports Performance is a great example of that! After moving to Fayetteville, North Carolina in September 2019, Nate Dine founded Dine Sports Performance. Currently Dine Sports Performance operates out of Nate's garage gym, but plans to move into a bigger space are in the works for the future. Dine Sports Performance welcomes everyone, regardless of age or skill level. AT DSP, it's all about the journey to better performance while having some fun at the same time.

"With 10 years experience working as a strength and conditioning coach at both the college and professional level, I've had the opportunity to work alongside some of the best coaches and athletes in the world. These experiences have provided me with a clear understanding in the training approach needed help my clients reach their highest athletic potential," Nate shared.

Why did you purchase XPO Trainer(s) for your gym?

I have a personal love/ hate relationship with high intensity exercise for myself and always included sleds into my programming when I had access to them. Plus, sled training is a great way to develop strength and work capacity at the same time while being safe for people of all ages and skill levels. Space is limited training out of a garage, and I needed an all-surface option that wouldn't make a ton of noise (don't want to wake the neighbors up during my 5am training sessions!). I did some research, most notably Garage Gym Reviews, and decided to give the XPO Trainer a shot!

What benefits do you see when you or clients add sled training to a workout routine?

I've seen improvements in both endurance and strength from my clients when implementing the XPO Trainer as conditioning at the end of workouts.

What makes the XPO Trainer different from other sleds you've used?

The XPO Trainer is different than any other sled I've had the opportunity to use in many ways, but just as effective!

It's quiet, lightweight, easy to transport, can be used on almost any surface, and has a small footprint - ideal for any garage gym with limited space.

What is one of your most memorable workouts using the XPO Trainer?

I like to use the XPO Trainer at the end of workouts as conditioning alone or part of a conditioning circuit in conjunction with other equipment like the rower or ski erg or echo bike. Our most notorious workout is "Mailbox to Mailbox" (referring to my neighbor's mailbox about 40 yards down the street). My clients push the XPO Trainer down and back, mailbox to mailbox, as fast as they can. We usually do this 4-5 times, or until someone passes out.

We love seeing inside so many garage gyms on social media. To take a peek at Nate's and give them a follow. Their Insta stories are full of awesome garage gym workouts, and you might just get to watch a "Mailbox to Mailbox" in action!
