After learning first-hand how to produce a product over the last few years, we have come to know that snags along the way are a part of the process. While our final assembly of the XPO Trainer happens here in Dallas, Texas, we rely on both U.S. and International suppliers for each of the components. Recently we learned there is a problem with a specific part on the front wheel of our XPO Trainers. We fully stand behind our product and are flying to China this Tuesday to resolve the issue directly and immediately. Until we can resume offering a product that meets our high standard of excellence, we will be suspending all new sales of the XPO Trainer. If you've been with us since the beginning, you may remember this quote about the initial prototype from Bill, our owner and inventor of the XPO Trainer. We will ship you a free replacement part as necessary, and we want you to rest assured you are in good hands. Our two goals coming out of this are to have happy customers and an exceptional product.
