Do you ever come across an Instagram account that just makes you smile? You will if you follow @qtowncrossfit! We are so glad they are loving the XPO Trainer, but we are also thankful to now follow along with all the awesome and inspiring work they are doing in Quincy, Illinois!
Here is Sam answering a few questions about the XPO Trainer:
Why did you purchase an XPO Trainer for your gym?
We wanted the XPO Trainer because of the range the machine provided. Never needing to add weights allows me to cycle all different types of people though a single piece of equipment without any adjustment to specific individual need.
What is one thing that makes the XPO Trainer different from other sleds on the market?
The obvious difference is the way the machine increases resistance and the fact it’s on wheels. The sled rolls so there is no noise pollution added to your space and the resistance. It builds exponentially! The harder and faster you push, the more it pushes back.
What is one of your favorite workouts using the XPO Trainer?
Short sprints are so humbling. ;)
(for example, 50m sprints for 20 minutes EMOM)
